We are dedicated to supporting restaurant franchisers in every aspect of their business journey. We provide comprehensive support in the following areas:
Site Selection:
Our experienced team conducts site visits to potential locations, evaluating factors such as visibility, accessibility, parking availability, foot traffic, demographics, market potential, and proximity to complementary businesses. We book a specific franchise location with a booking amount of 1 lakh rupees in which we offer you two visits in the span of 30 days. After this period, a nominal fee of INR 5000 per site will be applicable for each subsequent visit to the location. It is important to note that the amount paid for site visits will be fully adjusted in the franchise fee upon signing the contract. In the event that a contract is not signed within the 30-day holding period, an amount of INR 80,000 will be refunded to you promptly.
Interior Design and Layouts:
We offer customized interior design layouts/drawings tailored to the specific branding and aesthetic preferences of each franchisee, ensuring consistency with the overall brand identity. Franchisees can choose from provided vendors or procure their own however compliance with our standards is non-negotiable We provide end-to-end assistance and support for civil work, construction, and outlet setup, managing all aspects of the project from initial planning and permitting to final execution and handover.
Marketing Assistance:
We assist franchisees in developing localized marketing campaigns tailored to their target demographics and market conditions. We offer help in digital marketing channels such as social media advertising to help franchisees maximize their online presence.
We provide professionally designed marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and digital assets for use in local promotions.
Staff Hiring and Training:
We provide you with an experienced kitchen staff that includes Sous Chef, Assistant Chef, Kitchen Helper and a Grinder. Number of staff provided may vary depending on the size of the kitchen.
We use camera monitoring systems to remotely observe franchise operations in real-time, ensuring Restaurant’s hygiene and safety checks, staff monitoring and training, etc allowing you to identify any issues or areas for improvement promptly.
Procurement Support:
We provide you with reliable suppliers to ensure consistent quality, timely delivery, and competitive pricing for franchisees. Everything from kitchen like Ration, Vegetables, Utensils, etc. Franchisees can choose from provided vendors or procure their own however compliance with our standards is non-negotiable. We conduct regular audits and evaluations of vendors to ensure adherence to quality standards, reliability in delivery timelines, and responsiveness to franchisee needs.
Brand Recognition:
We provide franchisees with comprehensive brand guidelines outlining standards for logo usage, color schemes, typography, and messaging, exploring co-branding opportunities with complementary businesses or events to increase brand visibility and reach new audiences in local markets to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
